Shipping
For the UK I use Royal Mail Special Delivery (£10) and for the rest of the world I will use Royal Mail International Signed for and tracked when the receiving country’s system allows (£19). Goods sent abroad (non-UK) are insured up to £250. If the value exceeds this and you want full insurance, please choose the DHL Express option (£40). Goods sent within the UK are fully insured. I will always provide tracking info.
I aim to ship within 1-2 business days, if you need something urgently, just shout and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If your purchase is a gift, do let me know. I can include a personalised note and take even more care when wrapping.
In the highly unlikely event of a package going missing, we must wait 25 days before making a claim via Royal Mail, and I will do all I can to help with this.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Your satisfaction is everything to me and I do my best to keep my customers happy. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 7 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalised orders, this includes re-sized rings.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked and signed services are advisable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
