Antique 15ct Gold Turquoise Matrix Necklace
This is such a pretty, fun necklace, perfect for sunny days. The vibrant bluey-green will cheer any outfit up, an is complimented so well by the delicious 15ct gold chain. I have had a few chains and bracelets like this piece, this one is the shortest and I love how it sits. It may have been longer once upon a time, but I bought it like this, and it looks amazing with an open shirt. Turquoise matrix ‘pebbles’ (these ones are irregularly shaped but flat so they sit perfectly) we super popular at the turn of the century, think Arts & Crafts Movement vibes. Every single piece I have owned of this ilk has had a floating bolt clasp. What is that about? Why?! I love this quirk and it reassures me that the clasps have all been original.
