Antique 18ct Gold Spanish October / Scorpio Opal Pendant
I have seen one other pendant like this before, and it was for July. This one is even better, in perfect condition with the enamel intact it’s so very special! The Spanish words translate to October and Fidelity, and we have the symbol for Scorpio in lovely blue enamel on the 18ct gold disc, partnered on the other side by the most beautiful enamelled thistle in green and orange, it is exquisite. A round cabochon opal is neatly bezel set in the centre, which displays the most amazing colourful flashes or red, green, pink, orange and yellow. Sooo hard to capture in the photos!
This is such a precious little birth pendant and the condition is staggering. Whether you were born in October yourself, a loved one was, or you’re buying a gift for someone who was, this is a treasure to be cherished.
