Chunky 9ct Gold Victorian Heart Padlock
The Victorians loved a heart padlock, an easy to decipher symbol of love, protection, and keeping that heart safe. Often originally used to secure bracelets, today, they make the perfect stand alone pendant. Here we have a lovely chunky one, they usually range from teeny weeny to around this size, but they aren’t typically as chunky as this, which is why I snaffled it immediately. With a super secure snap, this could easily be used as a clasp, but I do love them on a chain as pictured.
