Vintage Diamond Double Heart Ring

I love this for so many reasons…not one, but two hearts, always a winner. Meticulously millegrain set, to make the diamonds look bigger. The super sweet shoulders that also look diamond set, but it’s just a clever use of the platinum. Despite the diamonds being small, so much care an attention to detail has been taken. The ring is exquisite, just so very pretty and perfect in the way it has been made. Platinum and 18ct gold have been used, the finest metals only here. My jeweller explained to me that topping gold with platinum, as seen here, is no easy task, so I never take for granted the skill it would have taken.
A perfect engagement ring, push present, birthday gift, and of curse present to yourself. Maybe the two hearts represent something special to you. It stacks beautifully next to a band as you can see, just so pretty!
